FAN BRIDGESTONE

The project centered on the development of a dedicated digital platform designed to elevate fan engagement during the 2021 and 2022 editions of the Copa Libertadores da América. Created by VML in partnership with Bridgestone—the tournament’s master sponsor—the site offered soccer fans an interactive hub to explore match fixtures, vote for the best player of each game (BOTM Award), and participate in exclusive promotions.

Throughout the championship, fans actively voted to highlight standout performances, culminating in the selection of the tournament’s top player (BOTT Award), who was honored with a special commemorative ring. To further boost interaction in 2022, a new section was introduced, inviting fans to vote for an influencer to become Bridgestone’s official brand ambassador on social media.

This initiative not only deepened fan involvement but also positioned Bridgestone as a key driver of innovation and connectivity within the tournament experience.
