FORD 360 GUIDE

To support the launch of the new Ford Territory in Brazil, a multidisciplinary team from VML Brazil and Ford joined forces to reimagine how customers connect with their vehicles. The focus was on identifying key pain points during the early stages of the ownership journey, with the goal of delivering a fresh, intuitive onboarding experience that would elevate overall customer satisfaction.

Across four collaborative workshop sessions, six ideas were developed — with the standout being the Ford 360 Guide. This concept was designed to offer a warm welcome and an immersive introduction for new Territory owners. After being carefully prototyped and tested with real customers, the digital tool was officially launched in September 2021, playing a key role in the debut of the Ford Territory in Brazil.
