AGENDAFORD

AgendaFord is the successor of the Virtual Booking project and involved the comprehensive redevelopment of this online scheduling site and app (inside FordPass app) designed for vehicle owners to book service appointments. This initiative incorporated a new branding identity and adhered to user experience best practices.

The aim was to create a seamless, intuitive platform that simplifies the booking process, enhances user engagement, and reflects the brand's updated image. By focusing on user-centric design principles, the revamped site and app now offer a streamlined and efficient experience for customers seeking vehicle maintenance services.
