Initiated in 2019, this project entailed the development of a unique and pioneering online scheduling tool – inside FordPass app but in tandem with an online version – designed to assist vehicle owners in booking service appointments effortlessly, a service that no other auto company was offering to their customers at the time.
The development process was extensive, involving two agencies (VML and GTB) in order to coordinate the steps and effort necessary for the project completion, also numerous user-testing sessions, workshops, and iterative prototype refinements. These stages were crucial to ensuring the final product was user-friendly and efficient. After thorough testing and refinement, the final product was released, providing a seamless and intuitive experience for customers scheduling their vehicle services.
