In 2018, FordPass was finally launched in Brazil. This project entailed the release of the app across the country, which main function was manage customers' vehicles, initially deployed in the USA. To ensure a best-in-class experience for vehicle owners globally, a multinational team was assembled to understand customer needs across all the markets the auto company operates in.
The project emphasized constant knowledge exchange and collaboration among team members, allowing the incorporation of diverse insights and best practices. This comprehensive approach aimed to deliver a superior, user-friendly app tailored to the unique requirements of vehicle owners worldwide.
