Inspired by the excellent results of a previous project delivered for Recovery, Itaú – who would to acquire Recovery Group soon after – aimed also to develop an online platform to facilitate easier interactions for their customers, who often found it challenging to visit physical locations to manage their debts.
Drawing on the success of the previous initiative, our team designed and developed a user-friendly online platform that allows customers to conveniently manage their debts from any location. The platform offers features such as secure account access, payment processing, debt management tools, and customer support.
The launch of the online platform significantly improved customer accessibility and convenience, minimizing the need for in-person visits. This enhancement not only streamlined the debt management process for customers but also boosted overall efficiency for Itaú. The project successfully replicated the positive outcomes of the initial project, providing a modern and effective solution for debt management.
